The crazy Australian scientists behind AB&D are on a crusade to make a wine for every letter of the alphabet, and they’re not scared to push the boundaries either.

Emiliana Organic Coyam, Colchagua Valley, Chile 2014 (14.5% abv)

This wine is a heady mix of seven different grapes and aged 13 months in oak, Emiliana are the leading organic wine producers of the new world and this wine is the first organic wine ever made in South America.

Feudo Maccari Saia Nero d’Avola, Sicily, Italy 2014 (13.5% abv) 

A stunning wine to finish off the list, rich, dark and powerful. The grapes are from vineyards with extremely fertile volcanic soils. The owner is from Tuscany and brings extensive winemaking knowledge.
