Soft Boiled Egg, Rocket, Truffle Emulsion.

Cider & Apple Chutney, Toasted Brioche.

28 day dry aged Beef Burger served in a Pretzel Bun, Tomato Relish & Skinny Fries.

Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass,

Smoked Salmon Croquette, Shaved Fennel & Radish, Lemon Gel, Dill Oil.

Chinese Spiced Pork Belly,

Swiss Chard, Mashed Potato, Sweet & Sour Chilli Broth.

Roast Free Range Chicken Supreme,

Herbed Polenta, Courgette Puree, Broad Bean & Shallot Dressing.

Pea & Goat’s Cheese Risotto,

Caramelised Baby Onions & Toasted Pine Nuts.
