  • Treacle Cured Salmon, Pickled Fennel, Radishes, Spring Onions, Ginger Lemongrass & Ponzu Gel.
  • Salt Baked Turnip & Golden Beetroot, Oatcakes, ‘Iced’ Goats Cheese, Poached Pear.
  • Chicken & Black Pudding Terrine, Quails’ Eggs, Artichoke Crisps, Candied Walnuts, Apples & Celery.

Main Course

  • Pan Fried Fillets of John Dory, Curried Cauliflower Puree, Roast Salsify, Helford Clams, Chorizo Oil.
